All employees of Drillwest are required to hold the appropriate vehicle licences and undertake company induction programmes prior to going to site.
We ensure that at least one member of each drilling crew holds a current Senior First Aid Certificate and weekly toolbox meetings are held to identify potential hazards and develop control plans to minimise the risks of day to day duties.
Regular on-site communication with Drillwest crew teams ensures that management maintain a hands-on perspective of each job. Drillwest employees are required to complete ongoing on-site and external training courses to expand their knowledge and skills.
